Still a very young tank. Not too much for stock, just letting the tank mature a couple years before getting serious with corals.

Upgraded my 55 gallon to a 150 gallon Oeanic tank with a 55 gallon sump and integrated refugium in April of 07. Lighting is 3x400 watt 15K halides, 260 watts of PC actinics, and blue LED moonlights. Circulation is provided by a Mag12 return pump running through a SCWD and two Vortech pumps. Filtration consists 200 lbs of LR,a 2" shallow sandbed, an ASM G3 skimmer, phosphate reactor, nitrate reactor, and ozone injection with Orp controller. Supplemental dosing is handled by a Korallin 1502 calcium reactor with pH controller and kalkwasser added by an ATO. I started this tank as a 10g in Dec of 2002. October 2003 I upgraded to a 30g cube, then after a move in August'06 I transferred it all into a 40g breeder. Currently I am running an Aqua-Medic pendant with a 250w/20k bulb (de). I use an Aqua-C urchin skimmer in a 20L sump/fuge. My return is a Mag5 split with a 'Y' and a U-type overflow.

its thriving mostly huge hairy mushrooms and what ever else is manging to live around them does have a ocellaris Clown who been there from the begining. Along with a yellow watchman goby with a very shy pistol shrimp pepermint shrimp and a several dwarf hermits blue and redlegged. The filter is a marineland bio wheel 125 no wheel and only a whisper bio rack with foam mechanical and biological in one i clean out the filter in temp correct dechlorinated water several days after waterchanges. THe lighting is a 32watt Smart Paq Retro fit runnin from 1pm to 12am.To finish my lil system off is a Mini Jet 404 with to adjustment weir removed for even more flow and less head pressure and Its has a small 50watt VisiTherm heater stuffed in the filter .This lil tank gets a 2gal water change hopefully every two weeks useing RO that is soaked in the bath tub to temp using milk jugs and mixed with ReefCrystals Salt Mix(the added calcium makes it so that i have to use a mini MagFloat 2 or three times a week to stay on top of the coraline alge. Feeding consists of Hikari Marine S mostly and frozen Ocean Nutrition Formula One
